NOAA UPS HURRICANE FORECAST FOR 2008 SEASON

NOAA updated it’s hurricane forecast for the U.S. Atlantic Hurricane Season on Thursday August 7.   Now there is an 85% probability that we’ll see an “above normal” hurricane season, up from a 65% probability forecasted recently at the beginning of the season.
